If you received an immigration denial letter, you only have a short period of time to appeal it. The denial letter will state the exact amount of time that you have for your appeal to arrive at the Board of Immigration Appeals.

If you do not file an appeal, the immigration denial will be final.

That means that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) can arrest you. They will then start to remove you from the United States. The only thing that can stop your deportation is an appeal.

Don’t risk deportation!

If an immigration judge ordered you removed/deported then you have a short amount of time to appeal that order. If not, the judge’s order is final and you can be deported at any time without ever going to court or speaking to a lawyer.

In either case, ICE will come to arrest you at your home:

  • They will knock on your door.
  • They will wait for you to pull out of your driveway.
  • They will ask neighbors about you.
  • They are willing to arrest you in front of your family, friends, and neighbors.
  • ICE will come to your work.
  • They will ask your employer about you.
  • ICE will arrest you at work in front of all your coworkers.
  • You could even be picked up on a public street.
  • You could be picked up during a random traffic stop.

You can’t afford to wait! You stand to lose your entire life in the United States.

The only thing that can stop ICE from getting you is by filing an appeal.
